Returns are accepted without reservation within 30 days after the goods have been received. Returns are free in Denmark for all orders.

Please state the order number when you send an email regarding the return.

Please note that it can take 7-9 working days from sending the return order until it has been received and processed. Refunds can take 2-3 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.

Instructions for returns

- Contact us at retur@hoodedorgainc.dk to receive a free return label
- Put a label clearly on your return package
- Pack all goods to be returned securely and in original packaging (as far as possible)
- Drop off at the nearest GLS parcel shop
